The massage I give is very energetic, and unless otherwise
requested employs the use of all natural Vitamin E cream. (I will use oils
or powder if you prefer.). Beginning face down (towel is optional), you
will experience long seamless High energy massage at the neck and sometimes
all the way to e the calves with one long sensuous stroke. I will tell you
what to do, how to breath, and even what to think if you want meditation
to be part of your experience. Each massage begins with lite pressure to
bring up circulation, and prepare the muscles for manipulation. Within minutes
the pressure begins to evenly increase in intensity until I reach your level
of comfortable tolerance. I will work with you to determine that level.
You will always have control, and modifications will be made on the spot
to suit your needs. |
